We appreciate your visit to our website, however our services have now been discontinued. We extend our gratitude to all our customers for their custom throughout the years and wish you all the best for your future trading.

As part of our service closure, we partnered with Capital.com to allow our clients to continue trading on similar products with limited interruption. If you did not chose to migrate as part of the process, you can still open an account directly with Capital.com should you wish.

If you have a balance remaining at OvalX

For clients who opted to transfer to Capital.com your account balances are currently being transferred.

For eligible clients who did not chose to opt-in or out of the transfer, your account balance will be assigned to Capital.com in line with section 28 of our Terms and Conditions.

For clients who have either opted out of the transfer, or were not eligible to transfer, if we had your bank details on file then your account balance has been reimbursed directly to you. If we did not have your bank details on file, we will have contacted you for payment information, please check your emails and respond as soon as possible to avoid any delay in returning your funds.

Any unclaimed funds remaining with OvalX after 26th May 2023 will be assigned to the UK Court Funds Office. Details on how to reclaim your funds from the Court will be provided to you by email once the funds have been assigned.
